How to Train Hard and Be Back in Work Mode in Minutes!

Want to know how to sneak in a workout on a packed workday?  Stop treating your workouts like they need a full production!  You don’t need a perfect setup or an hour-long reset to get a solid workout in. You just need a quick plan, a short window of time (say a ½ hour or less), and the mindset that just moving and getting any workout in is better than nothing.
